Well I usually don’t piss and moan about bad beats, but this time I will make an exception.

Nice, I thought - A full house. practically Un-fecking-beatable.

JJJJ - Sick. - a 4% chance of having that after the flop. unbelievable.
I have inflicted enough bad beats in my time, and had had poker 7’s twice the previous day so I don’t fee too bad… just bad enough to have to slog a bankroll together again!

I have been playing a lot of poker freerolls recently (Freerolls are free-to-enter poker competitions where one can win real money).
Yesterday I hit 6th Place in a 1k freeroll - and won a free $60 (1st was $300, 2nd $150 and so on) and had a bit more experience in the multi-table tournaments (although I have been living in these tourneys all month!). (my best other results were just $50 seats in tv poker satellites etc, and a few 2nd places grr)
It seems that patience is the name of the game (I didn’t play my first hand until 33 minutes into the tourney!) so was quite chuffed with the outcome…
